RETURNS/ DEFECTIVE AND INCORRECT ITEM
We apologise in a rare event of sending you a defective* or incorrect item. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number, and a photograph of the defect or incorrect item. Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective or incorrect. All items mailed back must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued.
*Minor variations in measurement (within 0.8 inches) is not considered a defect. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible.
All items mailed back must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. We will not accept exchange of items that have been worn, washed or damaged. All postal fees, custom duties and taxes will be borne by the customer.
