Ashleysummer reserves the right to amend or modify the following terms and conditions at anytime without any prior notice. By using this site, you acknowledge & agree to these terms and conditions.

PRICING

All prices stated on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) by default.

INTERNATIONAL TAX AND DUTIES

 International customers (outside Singapore) are responsible for any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees determined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), which means fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. For more details on customs duties, please check with your local customs office.

ORDER AND PAYMENT

To place an order, simply add to cart the items you’d like and check out. Please check and ensure that the items, colours and sizes in your shopping cart are correct before making payment. Ashleysummer will not be held responsible for wrongly submitted orders.

 All products are subject to availability and are sold on a first pay basis. Items in your shopping cart are not secure until order payment is successfully processed via major credit cards and PayPal. All unpaid orders after 2 hours will be cancelled automatically. Your order is considered completed once we have dispatched your items.  

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Paid orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days. Please ensure that all required information are submitted during the payment process to avoid possible delays during shipping.​

-SINGAPORE: All Singapore orders are shipped via Singapore Post and takes 3 - 5 business days to be delivered. 

Singapore: Complimentary Shipping with Tracking for all orders.

Tracking information will be sent to your email. Ashleysummer will not be held liable for any lost or damaged parcels that are sent via Normal Postage as there is no way of tracking your items through this method. We recommend Registered Postage, as it is trackable to your doorstep. Starting from 1st April 2020, due to COVID-10 Registered Postage will be replaced with Smartpac/ Tracked Parcel, which means items will be dispatched via contactless delivery to your mailbox (with tracking available).

-INTERNATIONAL: All International orders are shipped via Singapore Post Registered Mail and takes 5 - 10 business days to be delivered. 

Malaysia/ Brunei: Complimentary Shipping with Tracking for orders $100 and above. Otherwise, $10 shipping fee will be applicable.

Asia (ex. Japan): Complimentary Shipping with Tracking for orders $150 and above. Otherwise, $15 shipping fee will be applicable.

Rest of the World: Complimentary Shipping with Tracking for orders $200 and above. Otherwise, $25 shipping fee will be applicable.

Tracking information will be sent to your email. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout after entering your country. International customers are responsible for any custom duties. For more details on customs duties, please check with your local customs office. 

BOUNCED PARCEL

We’ll be in touch via email in the event of a bounced parcel. Customers will need to top up for postage for any unclaimed mail that is sent back to us before we will send it out again.

RETURNS/ DEFECTIVE AND INCORRECT ITEM

We apologise in a rare event of sending you a defective* or incorrect item. Please email us at ashley@ashleysummer.co  with your order number, and a photograph of the defect or incorrect item. Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective or incorrect. All items mailed back must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued.

*Minor variations in measurement (within 0.8 inches) is not considered a defect. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible.

EXCHANGES

If the size is not right, we would gladly exchange your purchase for a different size. Please contact us at ashley@ashleysummer.co with your order number within 5 days of receiving your parcel to make an exchange. Requests for exchanges will be declined after this period.

All items mailed back must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. We will not accept exchange of items that have been worn, washed or damaged. All postal fees, custom duties and taxes will be borne by the customer. 
Your parcel will be sent to you through Singapore Post Smartpac/ Tracked Parcel with a fee of $3.50 for Singapore Orders. For International Orders, postage will vary according to your location. 
In order to protect the personal hygiene of all our customers, bottoms cannot be exchanged. 
Please note that we do not accept exchanges on sale items.

STORE CREDIT
Store credit is valid for 3 months. Store credit is strictly non-refundable and non-extensible. Store credit is to be redeemed in a single transaction only.
